Gompers Middle School implements the Calm Classroom program schoolwide.  Learn about how the program is implemented and listen to student, teacher, and principal testimonials.

Jai Luster explains various aspects of the program including the history of Calm Classroom, an overview of the program, and an explanation of the research that the program was based on. Students and their teacher from Stone Scholastic Academy demonstrate one of the Calm Classroom activities called, Bell Focus.

Jai Luster is interviewed regarding the benefits and timeliness of introducing programs into the Chicago public schools that teach concentration, self awareness, and inner calming techniques to students and teachers.
