Professional Development

We believe that effective training for a successful school-wide Social and Emotional Learning program must include initial quality professional development training for the teachers, classroom mentoring for the students, the development of a long term support structure for the administrators and on-going evaluation of the program.

Our information packet has a detailed description of each component of the Calm Classroom™ program. Many of these training workshops and day to day functions can be performed by either the Luster Learning Institute teachers or specialized school based personnel that dedicate a small portion of their work day to administering and supporting the program through administering and overseeing its various activities.
