If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Calm Classroom, you can return your qualifying item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Buyer pays for return shipping with their preferred shipping method.

If you have received defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact us directly; buyers are not responsible for return shipping costs on items damaged in transit, deemed defective, or incorrectly shipped.

Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, Calm Classroom will credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2 – 10 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account.


You also have the option to exchange an eligible item instead of returning it for a refund. To start an exchange, please fill out our contact us form or email us at support@calmclassroom.com. Please include with your submission your original order number, as well as which item(s) you would like to exchange for. If exchanged items have different costs, we may either credit your existing account (if the amount is less) or cancel your existing order and ask you to repurchase (if the amount is greater).

Return shipping is determined on a case-by-case basis. While there is no penalty for exchanges, buyer may be responsible for a portion of return shipping costs for large orders purchased in error.
